Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping methods for your convenience:

• Express Shipping: For customers who require their orders to be delivered quickly, we offer an express shipping option. This method ensures a faster delivery for an additional fee.

Shipping Time

• Standard Shipping: 5-12 days.
• Express Shipping: 3-9 days.
• Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

Order Tracking

We understand the importance of keeping track of your order's progress. Once the order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you for your reference. In case you haven't received the email, you can check the tracking number in the order history page or your PayPal transaction history.

Shipping service for reference

Generally, we provide express shipping service like DHL/FedEx/UPS/USPS and post air mail service like China Post, Singapore Post, Hong Kong Post. And freight can be prepaid and freight collect. For freight prepaid, shipping cost will be figured out manually according to the order’s weight, courier, shipping address. For freight collect, a valid DHL/FedEx/UPS/TNT account is needed for shipping; in this case, shipping cost will be billed to the account.
