GPIO Status & Reset Extension for Raspberry Pi Pico

1. Overview
The Pico Expansion LED is an extension board designed for the Raspberry Pi Pico. It provides two sets of 2×20 external expansion pin headers, a reset button, and IO status indicator LEDs. The dual 2×20-pin headers make it easy to connect Pico expansion modules or link Dupont wires to external peripherals, while the IO status LEDs display the logic status of each IO pin in real time.
Since the Raspberry Pi Pico itself does not include an onboard reset button, this expansion board adds a dedicated reset key. This allows users to reset the Pico during debugging or programming without repeatedly unplugging and re-plugging the USB cable.
